2015 November Inspiration

Hey y’all!

Yes, I might have moved to DC but, don’t worry, I will keep my southern roots. Now that you have survived halloween and your costume was on point, it’s time to focus on this amazing weather and everything you are thankful for.

As you may know, I moved to DC so this is my first “official” fall and I cannot get over #fallfoliage, just check out my Insta. See my November inspiration below and hopefully it will make you want to bake pumpkin pie and drown yourself in everything caramel colored.

ImThankfulForTodayJust a good reminder to always be thankful.

Caramel Coat and Big Scarf

This is probably my dream look for fall. Seriously, caramel coat and big plaid scarf… in love.

Light Caramel colored booties

While we are talking about my obsession with caramel colored things… these boots.

Caramel pants and stripes

Oh, and these pants. You know me, I can’t say no to stripes.

Autumn Wreath from Design Love Fest

These wreaths are such a fresh take on fall decor. Design Love Fest wrote about a wreath workshop about a year ago and I still think about these beautiful wreaths. I’ll let you know if I finally get the courage to make my own.

Oh for Fox Sake Mug

Now that is starting to get cold out, treat yourself to a new fun mug. The Fox and Clover Boutique on Etsy has some really cute and fun mugs! They also would make perfect gifts (family members, expect some mugs this year for Christmas).

Last but not least, some dranks. I know, I usually have a fun gin drink, but I am so excited to try our this Honeycrisp Apple Sangria. I will definitely be making this for thanksgiving dinner this year!

  1. Can’t wait to see your face! Oh I miss your humor and everything in between. So Sangria sounds lovely. I am bringin fall wreaths as center pieces for the tables and am making napkins rings too or I can bring and we can create together. Fall is so refreshing after the Southern heat! Will be defiantly wearing skinny jeans, boots, scarfs and lite layers cuz we are in the South! Have already done low lights to the hair and what a difference! And to finalize this wonderful time together with family….we will be snuggling watching Family Stone and eating popcorn Tuesday night! After we slave over the kitchen for a big family dinner!
